Shipping & delivery
We ship Jeep, Bronco and Tacoma parts to every state and territory in Australia from our Sydney base, including regional and remote addresses. Shipping is calculated automatically from your order total using the flat order-value bands below — there are no postcode quotes and no surprise charges. This page sets out those charges, dispatch timing and realistic delivery expectations.

Standard Shipping Australia-wide
Shipping is calculated automatically based on your order total. The band that applies to your cart subtotal is selected automatically in the cart and at checkout, so the amount you see before you pay is the amount you pay.
| Order total (AUD) | Standard shipping Australia-wide |
|---|---|
| Orders $0–$200 | AUD $19.95 |
| Orders $201–$500 | AUD $29.95 |
| Orders $501–$1,000 | AUD $39.95 |
| Orders $1,001–$2,500 | AUD $59.95 |
| Orders $2,501–$5,000 | AUD $89.95 |
| Orders $5,001–$9,999 | AUD $149.95 |
| Orders $10,000+ | Free shipping |
Free shipping applies automatically on orders over AUD $10,000. All shipping charges are shown clearly in cart and at checkout before payment. These charges apply to every delivery address in Australia, metro, regional and remote alike, and are shown in Australian dollars including GST where GST applies to the supply.
Dispatch timing for in-stock parts
In-stock orders placed and paid before 2:00pm AEST are dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after that, or over a weekend or NSW public holiday, are dispatched the next business day. Bank transfer orders are dispatched once funds clear.
If a line on your order is on backorder or needs to be brought in, we tell you the expected timeframe rather than letting the order sit silently. You can then wait, take an equivalent alternative, ship the in-stock items first, or cancel that line.
Delivery expectations by region
The following are typical transit times after dispatch, based on our regular parcel volumes. They are estimates from carrier networks, not guaranteed delivery dates:
- Sydney, Canberra and NSW metro — usually 1–2 business days.
- Melbourne, Brisbane and Gold Coast metro — usually 2–3 business days.
- Adelaide, Perth, Hobart and Darwin — usually 3–5 business days, sometimes longer to Perth and Darwin on road freight.
- Regional centres — usually 3–6 business days.
- Remote and very remote addresses — usually 4–8 business days, and longer where the destination is serviced weekly.
Peak retail periods, weather events, road closures and carrier backlogs can extend these windows. Where we can see that a consignment is running late, we chase the carrier and keep you informed.
Oversized and road-freight items
Some parts are simply too large or heavy for the parcel network. Bar work and bull bars, long-arm and long-travel kits, bonnets and panels, hardtops, soft-top frames, tow bars, wheels and tyres, roof racks and canopies ship as road freight instead.
These items are covered by the same order-value shipping charges above — there is no separate freight quote and no oversized surcharge. Road-freight consignments do generally take longer than parcels, may be delivered to a depot for collection in some regional areas, and often require someone available to receive and check the item.
How shipping is calculated
Part prices exclude shipping. Shipping is added automatically at checkout from your cart subtotal using the bands above, and it recalculates immediately whenever you add, remove or change the quantity of an item. You always see and approve the landed total — parts plus shipping — before payment is processed.
Free shipping applies automatically on orders over AUD $10,000. Nothing else is added later: we do not apply postcode quotes, fuel levies or handling fees. Details on paying are covered under payment methods.
Split dispatches
Orders that mix parcel items with oversized freight, or that include a direct-freight item, may be dispatched in more than one consignment and arrive on different days. This is normal and costs you nothing extra — you are charged one shipping amount for the order. Where an order is split we tell you what is in each consignment, so you know whether a missing item is late or simply in the other box.
Delivery estimates are estimates
We do not control carrier networks, and we do not promise guaranteed delivery dates. Please do not book workshop time, a fitting appointment or a trip on the assumption that a consignment will arrive on a specific day — wait until the parts are physically in your hands and checked. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for costs arising from a carrier delay, though we will always help chase and resolve one.
Check your parts when they arrive
Please inspect your delivery promptly — ideally on the day it arrives, and before signing for road freight where you have the opportunity. Check the outer packaging for damage, confirm the part numbers match your order, and confirm kits contain everything listed.
Report transit damage, a shortage or an incorrect item to us within a few days of delivery with photos of the packaging and the part. Prompt reporting is what allows us to lodge a carrier claim and get a replacement moving quickly. See our returns policy for the exact process, and do not fit a part you have concerns about.
Local pick-up
Pick-up from 1 Argyle Place, Millers Point NSW 2000 may be possible by prior arrangement. Please place your order online first, then contact us so we can confirm availability and agree a collection time before you travel.
