GST & tax invoices

Every price on this site is shown in Australian dollars (AUD). There is no currency conversion at checkout, no foreign transaction surcharge from us, and no exchange-rate guesswork between the page you read and the amount you pay. The figure you see against a part is the figure used for that line on your order.

Prices can change over time, so the price that applies to your order is the price shown when the order is placed and confirmed.

Displayed part prices are GST-inclusive where GST applies to the supply. You do not need to add GST on top of the price shown to work out what a part costs you.

Where a supply is not subject to GST, that is reflected in the documentation issued for your order rather than by changing how the price is displayed. If you need the GST treatment of a specific order or line confirmed in writing, email us the order reference and we will confirm it.

Every completed order generates an order confirmation with a reference in the format #0000, emailed to the address you supply at checkout. It itemises each part, its part number, quantity, line pricing, the order total, your billing and delivery details, and the payment method selected.

Tax invoice documentation is issued for qualifying purchases and is available for any order placed with us. If you have not received documentation, or you need it reissued to a different email address or in a different name (for example a company name rather than a personal name), contact us with the order reference and we will reissue it.

• Keep your order reference — it is the fastest way for us to locate an order, a payment and its documentation.
• Documentation reflects the parts and amounts actually supplied, including the shipping charge applied to the order.
• If an order was split across separate dispatches, the documentation still reflects the single order and its total.

Part prices exclude shipping unless a listing states otherwise. Shipping is calculated automatically from your order total: AUD $19.95 on orders up to $200, $29.95 on $201–$500, $39.95 on $501–$1,000, $59.95 on $1,001–$2,500, $89.95 on $2,501–$5,000, $149.95 on $5,001–$9,999, and free shipping on orders of AUD $10,000 or more. The same bands apply to oversized road-freight items — there is no postcode quote and no oversized surcharge.

Shipping appears as its own line on your order confirmation and tax invoice so you can see exactly what the parts cost and what the delivery costs. More detail is on our shipping page.

Part pricing and the shipping charge that applies to your order total are shown in the cart and at checkout before payment is taken. On enquiry-based items, that means you receive the full landed figure and confirm it before anything is processed. If a cost changes after you order — for example a carrier reclassifies an oversized consignment — we contact you with the revised figure and you can confirm or cancel that line.

If you are buying for a workshop, fleet or 4x4 outfitting business and need documentation issued in a particular way — a specific entity name on the paperwork, a purchase order reference recorded against the order, consolidated documentation across several orders, or copies reissued for a reconciliation — email us and we will sort it out. Include your business name and the order references involved.
